14 days.

  • All units have 14 days warranty. Subject for replace or refund.
  • Replace if stocks are on hand. Otherwise, refund.
  • Misuse voids the warranty. That includes a generic or incompatible power supply, AVR, UPS with insufficient VA, and low-wattage extensions.
  • Physical damage voids it. Burnt, cracked, moisture, or a tampered sticker.
  • Item compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • A warranty claim needs the original contents, proof of purchase, and the warranty slip.
  • Taking the card to another technician forfeits the claim.
  • Shipping for a warranty claim is paid by the customer.
